The Narwhal Arms in Windenburg (Get Together) used to be a hotel before it was a nightclub. And now it’s a boarding house for Sims!

Quad Manor in Windenburg (Get Together) wasn’t getting much attention as a library, so now it is a boarding house for sims! (I’ll bet you can’t guess how many rooms there are!)

Located in Windenburg (Get Together), the Old Quarter Inn was once turned into a bar. Now it has been restored to its former glory!

I didn’t build this originally, but I edited it for the Rattlesnake Juice lot in Oasis Springs and it works great with my Motel Lot Trait mod! There are 4 rooms for rent, each with a double bed, small bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Plus there is a bar/restaurant, and pool!
