The Vacuous Green lot in Del Sol Valley (Get Famous) is just begging to have three homes built there. Have you noticed it has three driveways? So I gave it what it was asking for. Two of the homes have 2 bedrooms, and the other one has 3!

I’m sure everyone will have this idea. I mean, Johnny Zest already has a trailer there, right?! This trailer park includes an office for the trailer park manager AND a laundromat for the trailer park residents! (In my save, the trailer park is owned by the Landgraabs lol.)
