The Narwhal Arms in Windenburg (Get Together) used to be a hotel before it was a nightclub. And now it’s a boarding house for Sims!

Quad Manor in Windenburg (Get Together) wasn’t getting much attention as a library, so now it is a boarding house for sims! (I’ll bet you can’t guess how many rooms there are!)

Located in Windenburg (Get Together), the Old Quarter Inn was once turned into a bar. Now it has been restored to its former glory!

I didn’t build this originally, but I edited it for the Rattlesnake Juice lot in Oasis Springs and it works great with my Motel Lot Trait mod! There are 4 rooms for rent, each with a double bed, small bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Plus there is a bar/restaurant, and pool!

The Solar Flare is a lounge in Oasis Springs, but I like it better as an apartment building! These apartments are modern and CHEAP!

Think some of your Sims would like to live on the Town Square? Sure they would! The bottom floor apartment has a spacious bedroom and a lovely side porch, while the top floor has two bedrooms and a deck!
