Stops Sims from autonomously showing in the rain.

Don’t you hate it when your teens Sims are at school and the teacher decides to shower in the rain – right there nude in front of all of the teens?! Or what about when you’re at the park with the kids, and some random Sim strips nude to shower in the rain? This mod stops that autonomous behavior.
