I didn’t build this originally, but I edited it for the Rattlesnake Juice lot in Oasis Springs and it works great with my Motel Lot Trait mod!

There are 4 rooms for rent, each with a double bed, small bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Plus there is a bar/restaurant, and pool!
