A trailer park for the BFFs!

For Rent makes it possible for them to each have their own place, but it is not required.

The pond has fish and each trailer is unfurnished so that you can furnish to suit your sims. (They do have complete kitchens and bathrooms though.)

The two large trailers are each 2 bedrooms, and the small one is 1 bedroom. Each trailer has 1 bathroom. If you have Laundry Day, there is a washtub and clothesline on the property, and the large, newer trailer has space enough for a washer and dryer.
