The original Study Spot Lot Trait was set to increase university homework and all skill-building speed by 1.5. I have increased it to 2.0! Now your sims will learn twice as fast!

This is by far the best lot trait for skill-building!

EA/Maxis has set this lot trait to give a boost to ALL SKILLS, and this mod increases the skill boost!
